We are pleased to announce the acquisition of Briggs Engineering & Testing, a respected American testing and inspection firm based in the New England region. This marks Phenna Group's 12th acquisition of 2025 and augments our fantastic H1 performance. It represents the 23rd bolt-on to our highly integrated Infrastructure Division and continues our ambitious growth strategy across North America.
Briggs Engineering will be incorporated into Atlantic Testing Laboratories (ATL), a full-service engineering support firm headquartered in Canton, New York State. Complementing ATL's eleven locations, this acquisition enhances ATL's geographic footprint, providing access to new markets and clients across the northeastern United States.
